STUDENT POSITIONS IN THE ALASKAN FISHING INDUSTRY |
 |
| |
If
you are a foreign student, we may be able to get you to work
in the North West US Fishing Industry in the year 2002. The
season has already started but the time to sign up is now.
In
order to work legally in the United States as a participant
to our program, we must file a special Form called IAP66
which allows foriegn students to work during their stay.
Once a student has an official job offer from our placement
agent he or she will receive the IAP-66 form in the mail.
This procedure will be explained to you in details by
our agent.
However,
The IAP-66 form allows students to work for a maximum
of four months and up to 30 days of travel after this
period.
This
is ideal for foreign students who want to make a very
good salary in a short amount of time while staying in
the United States. This is a rare opportunity given by
our West Coast agent through special arrangements with
the American Immigration Service and major partners in
the Alaska Fish Industry. There are still openings available
for the season, a lot of money to be made and we would
strongly encourage you to give this a try. |

STUDENT POSITIONS IN THE US HOTEL INDUSTRY |
 |
| |
Vacancies
in Hotels in the US Cleaning and Janitorial work. We are
selecting applicants that are interested in working in
the U.S. under the H2B visas and J-1 visas.
The candidates for H2B visas that are not UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
must apply immediately. The work will start in 3 to 4
months (we have already initiated the process of LABOR
CERTIFICATION with the State of Missouri). The candidates
that are UNIVERSITY STUDENTS and qualify for J-1, must
also apply immediately. Based on qualifications, we will
request through our associates the IAP 66 from INS in
the USA.
This process will start in May/2002. But we urge you to apply
immediately to be considered.
NUMBER OF VACANCIES: 700 - University students that qualify
for J-1 (will start work in April/May/June 2002) 600 - Any applicant
that qualifies for H2B (will start work in June/July 2002)
LOCATION OF WORK: Various locations in the U.S. The hotels
are located in just about every city of the U.S. The hotel
is a major company in the U.S.
SALARY: US$1,500 monthly + bonus. It will be a possibility for
some of the applicants to work as much as 7 days a week. There
may be overtime as time goes by and employer needs workers.
BENEFITS: None. There is no benefit, since the holders
of H2B and or J-1 have no right to any benefit from employers,
although we request all applicants to purchase there own
MEDICAL/ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE before departure to the USA.
We will guide you through this process as time comes.
MEDICAL/ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE Applicants will have their
own as we request, before departure. Usually the insurance
can be purchased for 6 months at the time and can be renewed.
FOOD & ACCOMODATION: The employer initially will faciliate
the accomodation, but the amount due to each candidate
will be deducted from payroll. The food will be purchased
by the candidate. Initially the employer will arrange
food tickets or money to each applicant, although it also
will be dedcuted from payroll.
FOREIGN LANGUAGE REQUIRED: We always require English,
at least the basics. We do not want our applicants to
arrive in the USA without knowledge of at least the necessary
English.
SEXUAL PREFERENCE FOR THE WORK: None. Both Male and female
are encouraged to apply.
AGE REQUIREMENTS: It is recommended that applicants be
at least 18 years of age, although the client prefers
more mature applicants.
SCHOOL REQUIREMENT: We always prefer applicants that have
at least High School education. In certain areas of the
USA, where INS offices are required, some administration
officers require a High School education. So, it is recommended
you have a High School education. If you do not have a
High School education yet and want to apply anyway, it
is at your own risk in case of denial of visa for H2B
visas. Of course for J-1 visas YOU MUST BE A UNIVERSITY
STUDENT.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: We appreciate if all candidates take
their HEPATITIS B AND TB TESTS.
We also would love to have a Crime Report showing no criminal
activity. Remember that the more information you provide
about yourself the easier it will be for us to process
your file and present it to immigration. This way we all
win.
AIRFARE EXPENSES AND TRANSPORATTION TO JOB SITE: All expenses
such as airfare from country of origin and transportation
from any point in the USA to the job site is the responsibility
of the candidate. We can assist the candidates in getting
lower fare from their country of origin and arrange for
domestic transporation in the USA to the job site, but
all financial obligations are the responsibility of the
applicant. NO EXCEPTION. |
